All paediatric nephrologists practicing in Canada are eligible to be members of the Canadian Association of Paediatric Nephrologists (CAPN). Active membership status requires the payment of annual membership fees (currently C$50.00) due at the beginning of each calender year.  Current trainees are Trainee Members of CAPN, and do not pay registration fees. Individuals who are current in their dues and have reached 65 year s of age, may request a status change to Meritorius.  Meritorius members do not pay membership fees, but also wave their voting rights at the annual general meeting.
